I'm a 40 year old who studies in Biochemistry. In my free time, I try to teach myself Portuguese. I really love watching The Big Bang Theory and documentaries about nature. My other big hobby is Handball.

I've been following this thread and I completely agree, the insights here are fantastic. It's always nice when people post actual useful advice instead of just fluff. Thanks for putting this together! I'm definitely going to test this approach myself.
