I'm a 41 year old who studies in American Politics. In my free time, I try to learn Norwegian. I really love watching Grey's Anatomy and documentaries about science. My other big hobby is Jogging.

I stumbled upon this thread while searching online and I completely agree, you've brought up some excellent points. It's always nice when people post actual useful advice instead of just fluff. Thanks for putting this together! I'm definitely going to test this approach myself.
