Does anyone have experience hiring land leveling experts to prep land for a pole barn? I'm working with a slightly uneven lot and want to make sure the base is properly compacted and sloped. I’ve heard horror stories about improper grading causing water pooling under buildings. Any tips for vetting the right contractor or red flags to watch for?
