Hi! My name is Lorri and I'm a 32 years old guy from Treglemais. I really love Psych and spending my weekends doing Gymnastics.

I couldn't agree more with the original poster. It's rare to find such a well-thought-out perspective on this. One more thing to keep in mind is that staying consistent with this approach is definitely the way to go. Glad to be part of this community!
