Each licensee shall display the license in a conspicuous manner in the licensee's office or place of business.

The court may issue temporary restraining orders, temporary or permanent injunctions to restrain and prevent violations of this subchapter and such injunctive relief shall be issued without bond.

Such persons shall be deemed to have submitted themselves to the jurisdiction of this state within the meaning of this section.

(c) A person may use a representation of the state seal for a commercial purpose if the person obtains a license from the secretary of state for that use.

The court may issue temporary restraining orders, temporary or permanent injunctions to restrain and prevent violations of this subchapter and such injunctive relief shall be issued without bond.

Cessation of unlawful conduct after such prior contact shall not render such court action moot under any circumstances, and such injunctive relief shall lie even if such person has ceased such unlawful conduct after such prior contact.
